????️ Message from the Chief of Development
“December 2012 was more than just the close of a year—it was the beginning of a movement. With DBSA’s early support, Neftaly transitioned from a grassroots initiative to a structured, scalable model for youth and community development. This was a year of listening, learning, and laying strong foundations for the work ahead.”
???? Path Forward
As we moved into 2013, Neftaly and DBSA committed to deepening their collaboration—scaling successful programs, building capacity in more communities, and expanding access to opportunities for youth across South Africa.
This partnership is a testament to what’s possible when development finance and civil society work together with a shared purpose.
