Implementation Plan

1. Select 5+ Interviewees

From:

  • Recent Neftaly Culinary Competition finalists
  • Top performers in Neftaly hospitality or culinary entrepreneurship programs
  • Regional ambassadors or alumni from Neftaly Youth Culinary Bootcamps

2. Determine Interview Format

Each interview should:

  • Be 30–45 minutes in length
  • Include intro, personal journey, Neftaly experience, cooking philosophy, and advice to others
  • Optionally feature a cooking demonstration (video only)

3. Prepare Interview Materials

  • Use Neftaly Interview Brief Templates
  • Tailor questions to each chef’s profile
  • Confirm recording date, platform, and technical support
  • Secure signed media release from each participant

4. Conduct the Interviews

  • Moderator assigned from Neftaly media or competitions team
  • Interviews hosted virtually or in-studio, with a stable internet/AV setup
  • Use branded backgrounds, lower thirds, and Neftaly opening bumper (for video)
  • Ensure high-quality audio and visuals for recording

5. Post-Production & Completion

  • Edit each interview for clarity, flow, and branding
  • Add intro/outro music, transitions, name tags (video), and sound leveling
  • Export in high-quality formats for video (MP4) and audio (MP3)

Deliverables:

  • Full-length interview (video or podcast)
  • Edited 1–2 minute highlight reel
  • Thumbnail, description, chef bio for platform upload

6. Upload & Disseminate
